Shortly after we decided to go with Paul we went over the contract, going over the materials to be used and the various dates that certain items would be completed. With everything that he promised, both written and verbal, he came through with flying colors. He encouraged us to be active participants in the process by inspecting the actual progress of our home and to call him personally if we had any questions or concerns. That October we were able to move into our custom home. While building our home, Paul and his subcontractors were responsive and always willing to work with us. Paulco Custom Home Builders were a pleasure to work with. President, Paul Pitrone was friendly and readily available to speak with. One aspect we liked about working with Paul was that we were welcome at the building site any time. Paul encouraged us to speak with the sub-contractors, ask questions, and inspect the work as each step progressed. Paul also provided us with a list of references of other people that he had built homes for. He urged us to call and ask if his other customers were satisfied.
Designing and building your own home can be a very scary experience, but ours was not. Paul gave us advice and guidance while still allowing us to have the final say about each decision. We were able to build our "dream" home and get exactly what we wanted.

In the spring of 1998 we decided to move to Westminster. We located a community that appealed to us, bought a lot and searched for a reputable builder.
We were introduced to Paul Pitrone, of Paulco Homes, and after several “get-acquainted” discussions we began planning a house design and construction. We decided on plans, building details, cost and time to begin and complete construction.
