Paulco Homes has been building custom homes throughout Central Maryland since 1982. Since the inception of our business, we’ve maintained a clear focus on what we want to accomplish. We want to build better quality homes, at a reasonable price, and provide complete customer satisfaction throughout the entire process.
Building better quality homes has always been a goal. Through careful analysis of the products available in the market place, we feel that the ones we recommend using will provide the highest degree of utility to our customers. However, we’re always open to new products and ideas if they somehow improve the overall package we intend to deliver.
Maintaining reasonable prices has always been a goal. In our marketplace, we know there’s a tremendous amount of competition. Competition is good for the consumer; it forces sub par building contractors to improve their businesses and over-priced contractors to be more reasonable. Once again our objective is to provide the highest degree of overall product utility and customer satisfaction at the fairest price. We might not be the cheapest, but feel we certainly offer the best overall value.
Customer satisfaction has always been a goal. It’s pretty simple, if we satisfy our past customers, it’s highly probable they’re going to be using us in the future, and referring us to their family and friends. A contractor that doesn’t have a long list of repeat customers, or referred customers, frankly, is doing something wrong. This is probably the number one reason building contractors go out of business. We feel very fortunate that a large amount of our business every year comes from referrals from past customers, and feel that’s the best compliment we could ever receive.
We know the building a home can be a difficult experience. It’s our objective to help walk you through the process as effectively as possible, and for you to truly enjoy the experience.
